Preparations
The hair should be about 5 mm long. Surely it can even with shorter hair function. I guess that is very individual and depends largely on the nature of your hair.
The skin should be clean and free of grease showers .. Before is an option, but you must then wait long enough, because the skin is still very long and releases moisture then the Sugaring is not functioning properly.
I pudere the wish to treat, with baby powder off, then the sugar paste adheres less to the skin and it does not irritate the skin so hot (with sugar paste already total far less than wax sticks).
I've read anesthetic agents via the skin, but find it unnecessary. Sure, it hurts a bit, but it brings a by no means;) Should be very bad but it scared bunny, maybe it would be an option for you.
After that there are two ways to go on:
Fleece method
The paste I'm in the water warm, this I cook simple water kettle, there was in a pot and place into the paste. It is very important that no water enters the paste, the paste does not work properly.
I prefer to consider myself to buy a heater for the sugar paste - so it would certainly be a lot more comfortable and for me it would be worth because I quite like to use this method, even if it consumes more sugar paste.
I suppose if the paste has become soft - they should be about the consistency of honey have - a spatula and gather a generous amount of paste.
Contrary to the direction of hair growth, I paint them then with the spatula on the skin.
The web then I press on the paste and rub several times over it, so it sticks really tight.
Do you a favor when pulling off the web and pulls the skin taut. Suppose you depilated your calves - it does not pull the skin a little bit tight, it may happen that you do not abbekommt the strip correctly, and does then unnecessarily hurt. The fabric strip is with the grain of the hair taken off. This hurts less than against the direction of growth and overall I feel it is much gentler.
I use the web method for hair removal of all body regions, arms, legs, bikini line.
Also, I find it a little less complicated first for a beginner, so I would recommend to test first this method.
Method without strips
One may use non-woven without the sugarpaste also, which is then what is often seen on television when sugaring is presented. This small, jagged movement that comes from the wrist and baby's tender skin leaves)
For this I recommend you to use rubber gloves, it can be done without, but I feel the use of gloves as a simple, one can simply take off after depilation and throw away.
The paste is in this method does not heat. Nevertheless, they should be at room temperature, since it is otherwise too viscous to process them. There are, moreover, various pastes, eg Beauty Sugar soft significantly softer than strong. The strong paste thus requires a little more effort in order for it but it is not as fast to soft.
Which paste is used to decide ultimately. I currently use exclusively Beauty Sugar strong and brings me cope quite outstanding.
So you puts on the gloves and takes just straight from the pot a small handful.
Then, the paste is applied to the skin and incorporated opposite to the direction of growth. The layer can sometimes get very thin, but even if it remains somewhat thicker it is totally okay with this method you can paste the "multiple use", so you must not be afraid to use too much paste.
The paste should be several times "laid down", so that the paste may well put the hair and really all be removed.
I recommend to hurry despite the repeated "Einmassierens". If the paste too warm you get them poorly again from the skin (at least without fleece).
If the paste well pressed sums they end up and pull it in the direction of hair growth.
I always try to remove approximately 5 cm paste with a little jerk. The paste is best pull in a very shallow angle to the skin. So the paste covers most hair and you get quite optimal results. The movement during removal should come from the wrist and be quite ragged. This might sound complicated, but after a few attempts, I had the hang of it.
If one has the applied mass removed, they can be removed and re-applied again. At some point, the milky paste and fairly soft. That's punk, where you should take new paste, as they then usually is too soft, but that they could still pull it off.
You get once applied mass not properly shut it offers itself to launch a web and to remove the residues in order.
in conclusion
After removing the hair I wear a soothing lotion and avoid one day direct sun, solarium and sauna - so anything that might irritate the skin unnecessarily.
I have a lot fewer problems with ingrown hairs than to Epilationszeiten, yet it happens, but then helps a normal, fairly coarse peeling. I use it but really only to need if I notice that hairs are grown.
Otherwise tuts a little cruder sponge or a skin brush.

I found it very helpful that I had previously been in a studio and have seen how it all works. But I can lay out the video of Beauty Sugar fond, in fact it explains everything Relevant very good and if you again look at moving pictures, how it works, then helps the very next.
Applications
I use the sugar paste to legs, arms, underarms and pubic area to remove the hair. I would recommend try out first on the legs and not equal to begin with particularly sensitive regions.
Initially make mistakes, you do not get the paste off, it is too soft or too hard, you do not get out the little jerky gesture of removing the paste. But no problem - as opposed to wax, you can easily wash the sugar paste in an emergency with warm water.
Durability
The result is not perfect, even after the first procedure, it gave me the first time not the promised 4 weeks, but it will from time to time better.
The hairs grow incredibly thin and after each time it hurts less and keeps a little longer.
I enthaare about all 4 weeks, but I'm not disturbing you too much because if I nevertheless times must quickly shave my legs in between.
Pain?
For pain in general. I feel as epilation painful. Logically, sugars is not painless. The nuts and bolts, it is to keep the skin taut so that no one accidentally skin tears - there are areas where it is difficult, for example in the genital area and the armpits (an arm must be high and with the other hand you indeed remove the strip ) but, a little experimenting, watching Youtube videos and a little self-confidence will help immensely in finding the perfect method for finding yourself.
Time and cost factor
The dehairing process will take much longer than if you fix the shower vibrates the razor, but of course it also holds much longer. I think in the end it will be little if I now once every 4 weeks, the legs Zuckere or every third day shave me.
Even cost-technically I think there are not very huge differences. Good razor blades are very expensive, I have to believe I barely perform.
Sugar paste also, but you only ever needed it all 4 weeks and if you have herumprobiert a bit, you will also better and uses less paste.
How long does a pot is a little on the method and on the strength of the hair growth. I'll be back with a pot for about 3 months and enthaare the lower leg, the arms and the groin area.
Conclusion:
I'm really glad to have married me to remove me finally the hair itself with sugar paste. It takes a little practice, that's obvious, but it's really a lot easier than you think and it does not need special training to use sugar paste.
