The support consists of 2 parts:
The actual "holder" is trapped behind the metal of the radio / climate panel, the corresponding plate is screwed onto this holder and thus secured both with some pressure in the car.
One point I draw from the rating because of "piercing" was relatively difficult for the two screws. To this end, it would be more practical if these -bisher angedeuteten- holes were already drilled.
In this panel you then sticks the specific holder for the terminal, eg. Ex. For the navigation system or mobile phone.
As I fastened a Navigon Navi at the ventilation slots in the previous Mondeo, I could thus use the specific device holder again. To this end, then very strong adhesive double-sided tape is necessary.
