On the blog of the author, though, I 'd done and perfectly managed his naan; I found it was better-and more appropriate - to order the entire book and frankly, given the family feast that followed, it is one more book, but it's worth it !!! It is different, clear, well presented. The names in Indian recipes made me immerse myself in my notes (I always take my travels to the tested food and restaus; back from India, I then tried the dishes that seduced us) Good value for a comprehensive book, simple recipes ... One of my most used books! For crazy naan, revenues are always the same, the method of cooking, that makes all the difference !!! For the cooks in restaus have tandoori (large clay oven), not us !! The recipe is Sandjee IN-TA-RA-BLE! Also remember that the cheese naan, French invention, are not the only "tasty"; for my part, I often kashmiri naan with inflated dried fruits (the recipe is not in the book but just an Indian restaurant, where you will master the basic recipe, you can try everything, including the naan Nutella, yes, the recipe is not in the book! In short, put yourself !!! spices and Indian food! Stop believing that spices is necessarily strong, know that on the contrary it makes traveling even -Tested and approved by the ayruveda- it keeps in shape and sunny health! PS 1: I do not make her recipe chapati, but another (another book), and then I do it with white flour, that's not true of course, but I so successful and they are lighter; that's my only deviation from this excellent book!
