Practicing muscles at home, some exercises described in the book were unattainable for me. Fortunately, the book does not offer only one machine is coming! It offers various exercises to do at home, such as with a bench and dumbbells. It also responds to a lot of "myths" associated with bodybuilding, and can compensate our weaknesses.
The book is of very good quality, the designs are truly exceptional (kudos to Mr Delavier, I love his illustrations that have the merit of being clear in addition to being beautiful!), Allowing easy and understandable reading ( the parties are differentiated by color ..). The information, however, concern intermediate and advanced, as well to use the book, it takes several months of strength training practice (to go through the Delavier flight method. 1!).
The exercises are classified by muscle order (list of exercises for chest etc ...), thus facilitating research.
Finally, another great book that we offer bodybuilding Mr Delavier, however, I do not advise beginners direct purchase this book because it explains how to gain muscle AFTER history of musculations (so many months of practice) and toggles stage difficult muscle gain after starting bodybuilding.
So to obtain a work having already played the sport, do not directly attack the weights with volume 2!
