They do not adhere, as promised, and therefore are a pleasure when cooking with. It is initially the reason why I bought them, so I am fully satisfied.
These stoves are clearly the ones I use most day to day. I therefore recommend.
A small note: even if they are non-stick, it is sometimes necessary to add a little fat for perfect fluidity. For example omelets and all foods which "stick". For the omelet for example, a button is enough oil, so nothing serious :)
