Again software reset, again nothing goes, again an exchange meeting with Dächnigär.

Since I now know how it works there, it is a horror to me prior to the call. So put calming drops on the table and ran to the phone.
It is held with always the same demands and with further connecting artificially in the queue, the second lady I could not understand almost, it sounded like she was just painting her toenails and sit far away from the microphone.

After this lady has then again tedious asked the superiors she meant the fax board is damaged, a technician would replace the device.

3. replacement unit came, we were happy because our customers were able to fax anything two days.

Conclusion:
Definitely no more device from HP!
Such a lousy service I have never experienced and have no understanding for it also.
I have two devices from HP (the inkjets, the collection has never worked, see the others Rezenssionen) and with both devices, I have real problems.
It's a pity if such a renowned company as offers poor products and a so miserable service.
Unfortunately, I am too poor to test the products on for HP, I will of HP determined nothing more to buy.
