Such a lousy service I have never experienced and have no understanding for it also.
I have two devices from HP (the inkjets, the collection has never worked, see the others Rezenssionen) and with both devices, I have real problems.
It's a pity if such a renowned company as offers poor products and a so miserable service.
Unfortunately, I am too poor to test the products on for HP, I will of HP determined nothing more to buy.
