Had on my phone display a slight scratch. After a few minutes of the scratches was indeed gone, but the place where I had rubbed was ... well how should I say ... become cloudy. Had I stopped at this point the experiment, the rating for this would have been extremely negative Politurpaste. Since I had nothing to lose (was already thinking of a new display for sale) I have my car brought Sonax paint cleaner out of the cellar and am gone again on the display. After a few minutes I had a perfect score. Now, the surface looks like new again. The scratches and the "clouds" are gone.
Conclusion: The Politurpaste alone would be a flop. But in combination with a paint cleaner (*) absolutely great.
(*) Lackreiniger not be confused with paint polish. The cleaner does not contain wax.
ADDENDUM: The automotive paint cleaner has gone off after some time and the "clouds" reappeared. So it's definitely a way that you get a scratched screen no longer the original state. A scratch is brought away, but receives a matte finish. If you think about it, but that's precisely eh logical. At the point where you grind with the polish, just traces remain.
