The merciless best rock album these days

Well, natural rock has become a rarity. But they are still there, the irrepressible Ritter who uphold his flag! With "Modern Blues" the grandiose Waterboys created anything but a dry blues-rock album, but a heavenly new star in the eternal rock universe! Only the very few falls on, especially the radio-makers not. Pure shame!

"Modern Blues" offers musically and lyrically structures that would redound to the glory of a Mark Knopfler and can be a Bob Dylan pale himself. Mastermind and singer Mike Scott is not only vocally own character, but funnily enough, a timbre that is reminiscent of Alice Cooper here and there! I find very casual!
The songs are of a class that can stand a first with my mouth open. Their absolute super quality you realized until really after was allowed to run through the album several times. It is an absolute stroke of genius! Terrific !!
