Very good book !! I have not yet finished reading but I find this very interesting work. The basic idea is original and breaks with the legacy of Tolkien on the definition of Orcs. I do not find that the Orcs resemble humans except that they have feelings and a desire for freedom .. It is above all warriors with a certain sense of honor and a very strong sense of belonging to a group ... but they are above all warriors who fight without mercy (cutting head etc ...) The pace of the book is quite panting, scenes of great battles described ... They harbor a hatred for the men who came to colonize their land .... but act much more than think about philosophy or other ...
Too bad that the origin of the peoples are not best described as landscapes are somewhat arbitrary. We are far from Tolkien and Lord of the Rings, but it's a good book !!
