The name says it all. What you get here is indeed a Massaka; both lyrical content and musical. Each track is a single procedure of destruction in every direction. Of course Farid paired with the finest puns which he rears under the use of words or vocabulary of the street.
You can chalk that each track sounds the same and the flow hardly varies. This is definitely like that. But who is unnecessary and stupid flow variations that do not want to listen to the beat fit, let him give the Mukke of Savas nevertheless. Unless it is forfeited asthmatic attacks. The mixture of the album, I think, unfortunately, failed.
I can not understand how on today's level of production may still be so bad. This is also not inferior or bad boxing, but really at the mixer itself. Of course I know that this is a subjective sensation, but the voice is for me simply bad mixed.
What I can emphasize is that the beats seem very weak and malleable, but the self-made camp had never good beats. Kollegahs masterpiece "King" was technically beat an impertinence and the boss not worthy. I find that Bushido produced the best beats and generally everything is production engineering from the house on the Final Fixing EGJ. Self Made is lagging there forth a lot.
I also wonder whether the recordings in Dusseldorf by Koree always is the best choice. Clear has great experience, has already received platinum albums etc.
But why can Silla record with a mic in his living room and the voice acting overpowering the beat. So why not get Selfmade with his production in Dusseldorf back ?!
Even the marketing of self-made and Farid is getting used to. But I will not run now.
What is slowly but surely always a problem of the laid on puns Rap with technology. Say exactly what is making Farid Bang and Kollegah the Kurzzeitigkeit. Go The speech caused the puns just slowly. It always falls back on more that lines be recycled, are perhaps more polished, but the pun is at the end of the same. As Raphörer one has just heard it all before. Unfortunately, it is with this album sometimes so that the variation of puns acts now and then too contrived. But this is really a note at the highest level; just under the background that all these puns have been influenced to a large percentage of by Farid and developed. I should point only once on the Spits.
Otherwise, you get here just toughest Rapp Arts, with many insults, hard lyrics and partly primitive acting Rap (emphasis "act" on). For this album you have to be very familiar and also want to hear this particular type of rap with the rap scene. Punchline Technically Farid Bang is very good and you get of asphalt Massaka 3 that delivers what it promises; exactly what I expected. Geilen Rap, unvarnished Lines and lyrical intensity.
It's just very special and I would NOT recommend this album to listen to Rap only rarely.
I think that people hear the album, who know themselves anyway.
Therefore, the review you can also save because there is nothing to evaluate. Either you love it or you do not even know.
A few final lines from the album:
