If there was one lesson (among all those offered by this book)
it would be that contained in pages 67 to 74, entitled: In what way should
once the prospect has become a customer?
No one, to my knowledge except Sebastian, is using it.
Make it your advantage, learn and put into practice.
But the other lessons deserve, of course, to be studied, I've read that
nowhere else.
