The manual handling and first / Setting the phone's is so difficult, that I, as a self-confessed smartphone duration-Licensees to set the phone to my mother for everyday use despite much care studying the manual, had great difficulty.
The photos for the image selection buttons first had to be processed online, so that they only ever had the right format to use. The stored number of memory / u. SIM card were not accepted so readily and also the storage and retrieval of photos and other files is far too complicated. Can use even simpler phones that are also easier to use to make calls to only seniors certainly.
This phone is for seniors who can not get any help from technically talented people, absolutely unsuitable !!!!
