Like all the following books from Jamie Oliver, the first book is a true culinary bible where we already all the special touches with Jamie Oliver recipes both simple and tasty with the added advice and basic techniques well useful in the preparation of products. Only downside on this book, the lack of photos. Only 1 recipe of 4 or 5 is illustrated and that's a shame because without picture, it is much less motivated to engage in the recipe. On the other hand, already has all the other books of J.Oliver but who bought it last I regret redundancies. The preparation of the same dishes, same sauces and even pasta recipe in particular are already present in about 3 pounds 5 ... Jamie repeats itself ...! in case we would not have understood.
