Actually is my Bastl a tough cop who pocketed a lot so. With its stately arsenal he shares a neat appearance and stretches Zombies rows down. For self-healing he chases a thick syringe in the arm. And character upgrades he missed using electric shocks in a chair executioner.
But then he shows rows of weaknesses. Especially when enemies approach from the side, it is often them defenseless. Since helps no shocks at the analog stick. Unfortunately, lack of overview leads in "The Evil Within" often the undeserved death. Some passages are also bock difficult - and that's ultimately a good thing. Memory points are not very far apart. The boss battles are crisp - not to create under the influence of alcohol. As a player you need to clear your head, endurance and nimble fingers. It's also nice that there are alternative strategies generally, with which one can compete successfully against the zombie heads.
Creativity is the key! The makers of "The Evil Within" have lived and created numerous really perverse beings. Many of the characters in the game are already bloody creepy. Highlight is certainly the spent tarantula woman in their appearance is regularly cold running down my back. Watch as they defiled me of me bending with blood, I could not forget a long time. Just as hell to be with a good horror game!
The game world of "The Evil Within" is fantastic. The environment is designed very detailed and full of atmosphere. Light and shadow effects, or particles underline the surreal atmosphere and create an extremely dense atmosphere with eerie mood. Will be accompanied the varied scenes of first class zombie sound. The groans at really good.
Unfortunately, there are at "The Evil Within" for me quite a bit of shade. So it was hard for me to follow the thread of the plot. The story consists of episodes strung together - for me for no apparent cohesion. Often my Wastl is torn without warning in the middle of the action and "beamed" to another location. It's frustrating. Confused Stories like these I'm actually only lived from the late program of ARTE.
Eventually I it but given up trying to find a meaning behind everything. With an empty head, the game plays much better - true to the motto "stupid play well". In my eyes away "The Evil Within" in the story, unfortunately, a lot of potential. But still there for the brave creative outpouring in the Monster Genesis bottom line four stars from me.
