The charger can the battery at both the outlet and in the car to 12V as well as via USB (if, for example a universal USB battery has) invite. The battery fits perfectly into the charging cradle and I can not tell the difference with the original charger for charging. Meanwhile, I use almost exclusively of this device, because it can be also hergenommen as USB charger for mobile phones and so just lying around a device.
The device is advertised with 5in1, but I have only found 4 functions (charging the battery over 220V / 12V / USB + USB output), but perhaps the 2.Netzspannung was still 110V counted as an additional function. However, I miss no other function, so 5 star can recommend the device in good conscience, we have 3 different cameras in the family 3 battery charger in use and they are doing well after 4 months still perfectly their service.
