Now I was persuaded to buy the BEEM the design and the current offer comparatively low price.
First Impressions:
- Large, easily removable water tank, significantly better than in eg Saeco Armonia
- Very quickly up to operating temperature (approximately 20 seconds)
- Very practical, collecting tray (not so hakelig be seen at Armonia)
- Espresso Machines slightly lower than at Saeco machines, but ausrreichend
- Espresso cup is full in about 5 seconds - for a double Correspondingly, you need 10 s
- After the unit has been retracted (about 5 cups) it prepares a wonderful Crema - sugar remains, as it should be on and sinks slowly into the espresso
- The preparation of milk froth has also convinced me to turn a steam operation, so only four to five drops of water come out before the steam, which has never been the case with the machine from me previously used
- The milk foam succeed without problems here in my opinion, but the nozzle should be slightly longer in order to lather well as smaller quantities of milk in higher vessels can (which is the only drawback, in my view)
A very big plus is the manual. Only the German part of the manual includes 38 !! Sides and leaves no questions unanswered. which is nowadays not used to.
If she holds still long, then it is almost the perfect machine for me.
Ps: Of course, in this machine the variety of espresso beans influenced the result decisively. It's worth it to try, until you find the best variety for your own taste. One should always keep in mind that a serving of espresso 40cent costs in capsule systems, here costs a portion of 13 to 15 cents, depending on how expensive the beans are (because you can calm a bit more expensive and qualitatively better treat a but as always in life, an expensive espresso must not be better!)
Have fun with the Italian moments in life :-)
