This book gives a good basis for trainings and training planning. Nevertheless, it remains a little hungry is sharp but not enough for my taste appronfondi. That may be a bit complex for a beginner (in sports and physio) but not pushed enough for the fiercest. However, all key information is present and it is very easy to set up a program tailored to its objectives. It is therefore an excellent starting point for anyone wishing to train seriously in triathlon (at any level) to complete, as and extent by other manuals or more specialized sources depending on its progress and objectives .
