However, I would also parallel use DVB-T for the otherwise analogous received in my private television. On the back there is only an antenna connection and the program guide can load data only for the currently active reception mode. Both any fumbling with antenna adapter (if the unit is in TV-table is pre-wired I'm no longer practical hintendran) as well as the constant switch between DVB-T / DVB-C in the setup menu and then reload the program data for recording -Guide are unacceptable to me. The
To use DVB-T, for me is not OK, since the DVB-C image are much better and also more transmitters receivable!
An absolute no-go! is the lack of a reasonable second-screen output for me. I know today `s nowhere with 2xHDMI (also BDPlayer): Katasthrophe !!! But at least, as with my "Altmodell" a component output? NO! There is actually only one exit: 1x HDMI !! In order to give the signal to my beamer I have therefore every time solve the HDMI cable from your TV and connect it to my receiver! I've never experienced, and for this device is simply too expensive!
Bottom line: If I only use DVB-C, which is quite a good device. I think the program / Shooting Guide and handling in everyday use really good! Picture quality and recording quality over DVB-C are good.
DVB-T is slightly worse picture, but handling as well (with program guide).
And for those who want to use both types of reception: winded up unreasonably.
If you want to connect more than one device (eg beamer), also: Stay away !!!
