The best amount for a juicy burger are pressed into the net mass on the thin side of the press in my opinion 150gr.
Of course, one must refrain beforehand - if you are a good eater - if you want to eat a burger or two. Some create one probably. three or even more. :-)
At least 250gr should you use if you want to choose the thick side.
A further tip, should it stick:
After each burger press briefly immerse in water or wipe short. The water method has prevailed with me.
It sticks nothing and then not at all remain hanging.
