When Pentax K-50 is a lot actually get (in my case, for 397, 50 cash back included).
It has a camera in the entry and mid-size segment features on that one only among competitors
higher-priced cameras gets.
Decisive for me was the following:
- Pentaprism viewfinder with 100% frame coverage,
- 11 AF points including 9 cross-type sensors, focusing screen with focus frame
- Stainless steel chassis
Sealed housing against dust and splash -
- 2 rings on the Body
- Image-stabilization in the camera body
- Battery operation possible
- Dominated Auto Exposure Bracketing for HDR (unlike the Nikon D3300)
- Continuous shooting at up to 6 frames / sec
- Extremely good noise performance
- Mögkichkeit for autofocus fine adjustment (Camera Lens calibration)
- Auto ISO mode
- Uses all common methods for Belichtungssmessung eg also spot measurement (as opposed to the Canon 1200D)
- Has a lens mount ring of metal (as opposed to the Sony Alpha 58)
Disadvantages:
- Kit lens unfortunately only average
Overall, the K-50 feels very valuable. It is pleasant processed heavy and very clean.
The menu is logically thought out and intuitive. Who does not like the shrill menu colors can
Select pastel tones. Positive vorzuheben is that you can configure two buttons and two dials.
