Now here's the but: The first recordings saw in the viewfinder and on the display pretty damn sharp from. Time switched to manual focus; the thin ring is not as convenient but it is if you have a feedback with focus on the camera. Preferably, phase measurement, contrast measurement shall be well also. A lot of photos with all focal lengths made. Much round Herklickern, rattling hum, hum, trembling. Well, you realize at least, that something is happening. It takes a bit of time, but only if one is far from the focal area out, or actually go (with the time) like other good lenses too.
The photos uploaded to the Mac and curious to see if you can recognize something would. No, really, - unexpectedly bombastic images. So virtually zero CA's (only raise until the target molecular structure) even clean up in the last corners and edges. Overall, an incredible sharpness, no noticeable Vigenttierung, charming colors, beautiful transitions, pleasant crystal-clear contrasts, no veil over everything, no noticeable distortions in the end areas. And the thing is sharp down to the last 199.99 mm, as Macro incredibly well. How can you just pack so perfectly calculated lens system in such a hideous ton? (By the way, "recognized" in my computer as Tamron AF 70-300mm, but is really a 55-200; well, maybe it was noticed from birth the wrong information.)
So buy for the price and keep! I need no other telephoto zoom more!
