In the book is about an Indian waiter who "wants Who Win a Billion" in the quiz show (W3B) answered all the questions correctly and the trillion won without that can explain somebody, how this can be achieved an Indian waiter without great education. The producers have amusingly the money and let Ram Mohammed Thomas arrested with the accusation he had cheated. A stroke of good fortune leaves it to that Ram is brought by a young woman from prison before he weakened by torture the concession signed. It turns out that she wants to act as his lawyer and asks him to tell her - and very accurate and only the truth - how he knew the answers to the 12 questions ...
Now a sudden, there is not a chronological journey through Rams past begins, partly sad, partly shocking, sometimes funny and probably very close to life in India ...
I had while reading both feel for each story once having to put the book out of his hand, and immediately move on to the next story. Highly recommended.
