as an introduction is to say that I have this machine lent end of August as a birthday present. At first it was a top unit and had nothing to complain about.
But suddenly the middle of September they no longer submerged and after a short time she ran after two consecutive Spülversuchen errors.
The customer service of Philips was then the crowning.
I was told that the brewing unit is not properly greased and we should do this. After this was then cleaned such as directed, air-dried overnight and then greased insisted the error continues.
When you call the next day we went then immediately release to the ungreased brewing unit. After some persuasion, that the brewing unit is clean, lubricated and functioning to read it but then better check at a repair company.
The list for the free mailing were sent to the clue that you should pack everything but sure nothing scrubs each and rattles in a box.

After two weeks workshop, the coffee came back then. Of course, everything was just thrown into the box and the milk containers in flying through the area. When setting up then noticed that they have opened the Machine Production and parts was not bolted together cleanly back were partly white wrong composed.
According repair list them and a software update has been decalcified (after a month?!?!?) Uploaded. (Which is said to have helped that I still do not know)
regardless, coffee has arrived, there is finally coffee. Four cups of coffee and the same mistake again .....
Immediately call the customer service by pointing out that the error has come again. According to customer service, the brewing unit was not greased !!!! I should but into the hopper where the ground coffee falls for also lubricate fat that the stamp as easily suppressed pure. Well done, done. Feels like the whole brewing smeared with grease and tested immediately. The water did not run somehow still useable.
Called again for service. By now I knew the game because the brewing unit was not properly greased. But the Lord on the phone lies not convince you that I have indeed 15 minutes earlier greased with his colleague the brewing unit. After some discussion, I should but then send it back for repair and pack the old with so you know what was done the last time.

This time the machine was by no fewer than 6 days back. Although incorrectly reassembled but there still useable.
The entire rebuilt, equipped with beans and everything works. According repair list they have exchanged a flow sensor, a software update performed (? Again) and the Maschiene decalcified (to 4 cups of coffee she was nevertheless very calcified;))
One day later, the error was back.
Amazon has been completely entnerft this time called and asked to return because we had enough of the game.
As you might expect was all hassle free and fast.
Everything now again in a nutshell:
Negatives:
- Philips Customer Support
- The external repair firm Philips
- Of course, the device itself
Positives:
+ Customer Amazon
+ The coffee when the machine working times
