Philips HX9332 / 04 Sonicare Diamond Clean

The cleaning quality of this toothbrush is more than satisfactory. The tooth surface is very smooth, the spaces between the teeth clean. All around a good feeling. The handle is lightweight and fits comfortably in your hand. The setting is between one up to three minutes brushing time. Very practical is the timer. So far so good.

Very negative, however, is the battery time of 60 minutes !!!

Using very little has been written so far.
The company Philips specifies a runtime of 84 minutes, this was also confirmed by the Customer.
The full capacity to be reached after initial charging. (Ensure compliance with 24h)
Even after repeated recharging the battery managed no more than 60 minutes. That is why only 4 stars.
The equipment has been replaced us by Philips for the 2nd time.

Additional information about the battery time.
As described above, the toothbrush of 2 x Philips was exchanged.
Nothing has changed on the power, currently max. In 51 minutes.
After another tele. Consultation with Philips was told,
that this would not be the battery, which would anyway only a runtime of 56 minutes.
The product info is wrong and a correction can be done for reasons of time immediately.

Here the customer is clearly verschaukelt.

Have returned to Amazon and then the device.
This variant has not been offered by Philips.
