Nothing original to say about the interpretation: love it or do not like the disheveled lyricism of the man. I prefer my side the most balanced romanticism (without even say serene) of Radu Lupu, but that does not detract from the legendary reputation of these jacks. Matter of taste. However, the technical aspect is in my opinion a notch below the magical high-resolution restoration work of Praga on other digital works - see in particular the Symphonie fantastique led by Monteux, a 1958 record already beautiful and technically excellent at the base, but remastered by Praga sprayed number of more modern interpretations. Here, the stamps are degreased to drought and strong suffer from a rather unpleasant slamming, excessive aggression that deprives me the work of a large part of its beauty. Lupu Decca seems much more in tune with the emotion of this repertoire - both in the interpretation in the implementation.
