An unexpected surprise hit!

Due to the small selection of role-playing games with crisp difficulty I had to slam. As a longtime Dark Souls / Demons Soul fan I stood LOTF initially very skeptical about, but my concerns were largely eliminated.
- The combat system is wonderful "bulky" and somewhat more successful in my opinion, than the Souls series.
-The Magic system, however, can in any way with the Souls series measuring, but the selection is far too low - (insert eg bullets enemies on fire or can poison etc) 3 different floor types of magic glove, which can be modified and a total of 3 different Spell styles with 4 magic one of these magic spells in all three styles is the same, shall be called a total of 10 spells.
-The Difficulty is initially not so without, especially for casual gamers, the game to tantrums or lead to resignation. But who purely works in this game, will be rewarded with real sense of achievement because you here every victory has to fight hard and will not be taken by the hand, as in so many other games. But so merciless as the Souls series, it is not because the checkpoints are spread very fair, even right in front of a boss fight can be saved. Speaking of boss battles that fall far not as epic and difficult like in the Souls - even the boss-and opponents Design is not very varied.
-The Story is on the whole not as cryptic and confusing as the Souls series, but not necessarily compelling and surprising, but since I have seen worse.
-For Completion of the graphics that have succeeded in my opinion very well and fits the mood of the game, beautiful gloomy with very nice lighting effects. Only at the optical variety of venues we must not expect too much, just as in the number of locations as would have been possible.
-Conclusion: This game I had for a long time not on my radar gambler and was then even more surprised and delighted with this great game. The 1 star deduction is available for the low level with respect to opponents and venues.
