... Or so you could call this crazy awesome work. I have owned this album in the summer of '91 as a bootleg (the record company got time pointed that the tour as a bootleg super sold and delivered exactly identical material as DCD = Weld out), after I of the previous two albums "Freedom "Ragged Glory and" absolutely loved it (who ever reads a recession here, the albums will know), I had to have the live recording - and was disappointed and shocked (and immature). But listen a few years later and after several I realized that music: just awesome !!! As intro the classic "Hey Hey My My" (needs no words), the ingenious "Crime in the City" and then a real rarity: Young sings Dylan's "Blowin 'in the wind" - that you have to have heard (+ Woman) ; that is so slanted and yet very headstrong perfect that it makes the Lord Dylan all honor! Later comes "Cinnemon Girl": here proves NY, that he is a genius (sorry repetition) is guitarist, great solos and a (now 33 years old) song that is not dusty, "Like A Hurricane" (What a love letter!) And then "Tonight's The Nigth" - NY at its best: On the 2nd CD especially 2 tracks are highlighted. The sound quality of the CD deserves really only 4 star, but everything else is fully in Lot! For Young Fans (and those who want to be's) is a MUST !! DCD
