Emotion & Commotion (CD)

Customer Review

This guy is a phenomenon. Not content with having survived the 70s not always easy in terms of success and excess, it now shines on the guitar world without losing an ounce of credibility or talent. Better, he gets better with age!
On this album, it looks like he crossed the virgin driving a Roadsters he loves so much ... We SENTS introspection into each piece. Here, very few moments of "savagery" sonic. The guy plays all restraint. Almost too. I would have liked to hear a true solo at the end of "I put a spell on you." But ultimately, the overall result is brilliant concision and efficiency. An album that is listened smoothly from beginning to end, and could even reach a wider audience than usual (malignant ... Jeff wants to remake us out like Rod Stewart with his buddy there chandelier for "people get ready"!). Highly October and at the Olympia.
