The mug is leaking when the cover is positioned over, which complicates the use without being put on it. I have to remove it to properly drink making therefore unnecessary that either an insulated mug.

It is a simple cup. If this is an insulated mug you want ... Move on!

Furthermore the delivery time was not respected.

However, harassed by the seller every day by mail and telephone so that I applied to it a better rating, so I changed my review so that care about PEACE.

So I apply a 5 star the seller for its pressure to my Egart.
