This desire to offer a complete system is commendable and has a definite interest in relation to information otherwise scattered in other books. It thus provides a guide to any business manager or sales manager eager to put a sacred boost to its business by making them focus on various essential things. However, the quality of the chapters and the relevance of the information they present seemed uneven, but no doubt everyone will find enough information to solve some of its problems and its own needs.
Original content offered by the author seemed very original precisely what made his interest, even if we may not agree with the view or philosophy of Chet Holmes. Thus the chapter on hiring superstars, his advice for customer relationship regularly send messages to customers and make friends with them - and how to position themselves in the sale 'we do not have to apologize for take time as we bring value and our time is as valuable as the client 'are approaches that seem to me relevant and effective but probably will not appeal to everyone.
For other defects, it is clear that Chet Holmes also uses his book to promote its consulting products and services, and it shows quite clearly, whether in customer stories he gives, in the way he speaks of he and his company, or even in the general organization of the book.
I have in any case been many moments 'Wow, that's interesting that' by reading this book, and the number of ideas that emerges at the end of his reading enough to make it a must-read. I more liked its emphasis on the need for a 'stubborn discipline and determination', which seems indeed essential to put into practice the concepts, methods, tips recommended in this book, and all the other books besides' including all Reviewed on this blog.
In short much quality content from a marketing guru 'whose participation in its seminars costs $ 2,000' for just 10, there are only books that allow this. And you need not deny it;).

* Vend too Chet Holmes and its products and services
* No translated into French
