in the same configuration (Tv sony 40 "and even HDMI cable) to HDMI output of MacBookPro 15" retina ensures trouble-free 1080p.
a docking station for which the technical description indicates the capacity 4K, looking for the error.
to remove the doubt, I have been searching the latest version of the drivers from Belkin, without any improvement.
after my initial comment, I was supported by the Belkin support which diagnosed that my copy is faulty, and recommended me to ask the exchange to Amazon: I get a new copy in three days :)

Already I am impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of the support Belkin for diagnosis, and Amazon for immediate management of the exchange: hat, would go back again and recommend it around me.
after many episodes: 1. failure diagnosis by the Belkin support 1st level => exchange realized by Amazon in record time.
Malgrè exchange, the conclusion is the same: 1080p60 and 1080p50 do not pass out of the dock,
while these formats are ok live on HDMI jack on the MacBookPro.
1080p25 and 1080p30 are ok everywhere.
according Belkin HDMI jack is in its version 1.4 and can output a 4K signal ....
but the English language spec does not address the topic at any time of refresh rates .....: /
I expect a call from the English technicians to clarify the situation.
