Have 4 times day 50 ml ingested ingested over a period of 3 days. On Sunday I noticed as a cold manifested itself (cough, runny nose, sore throat, sinuses ect.) Tuesday came the silver water and I started taking. Gargled and swallowed as decongestants short I tried it. No improvement no effect in any manner. My health is getting worse but probably need to see a doctor ... :-( A friend who has more experience with silver water, told me that the quality was probably bad, therefore the brown color. Too bad about the money but it was worth a try. Come into the "That would save me I CAN" drawer :-)
