Dignified issue a century album

About the relevance of "Wish You Were Here" in the rock history of the 20th century no longer needs to be discussed-it is Pink Floyd's masterpiece next to "The Wall." The remastered edition is pretty close to the original, a compliment to the designer of the booklet, are shown in the readable texts and Hipgnosis art in perfect balance. And the magic of the album is still there-the spherical intro on the bluesy "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" for proto-industrial song "Welcome to the Machine". Then there is again level with "Have a Cigar" before Country guitar sounds to announce in an imaginary radio station one of the finest rock anthems of all time. Descriptions are here useless, either you feel the magic, or one does not.
By the second part of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" (the late Syd Barrett dedicated) closes the album in a clever spherical manner with the finest keyboard outro that I know.
The additional CD brings real "Value for money": in addition to a complete live edition of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" and an unreleased version of "Have A Cigar" there are two live tracks, which in the later masterpiece " Animals "should be included. But the crowning glory is the version of "Wish You Were Here" with the brilliant violin Stephane Grappelli.
It all adds up Pink Floyd-pure magic. Who does not know the band so far, or who wants to have a full edition of the biggest cult albums of all time, should access quickly.
