I ordered this product in 28 cm for a gift and is delivered directly to the applicant. Received this pot 20 cm !! but looking good label was stuck on 28 cm label indicating the initial 20 cm. I really was not happy. This pot of 20 cm was the happiness of another person who has commissioned a new pot 28 cm to compensate the 1st person who, this time, received a frying pan 28 cm, instead of a pot. So I say loud and clear "of which we kidding" ?? A mistake I am willing but twice ............ must not exaggerate !!! I wanted other items from Schumann Professional but I'm not about to I think.
