does not work at all and after dismal sales

I received this article that did not work at all. Contacted seller who refused to take into account the problem by sending me version of English manual (. No prob I'm bilingual) refused to acknowledge the problem, saying constantly that customers were very satisfied - may be good but not useful for I. I threw it in the trash and never wants to hear about that company.
