The balance was purchased by me as "second unit" for existing scales with water and fat percentage measurement.
She should:
easy to use (draufstehen and finished)
easy to read (large digits and illuminated) = Ex: 71.4 = 4cm in height and 5 cm in width
easy to clean (glass surface)
be cheap to buy

All this meets the scales wonderfully in my experience.
That a firm, level surface is a prerequisite for proper functioning is probably true for each scale.
I am satisfied and would buy again
