Entwweder incorrectly described, or dumbest Bauernfängerei for Doofe

1) dosrrt is "This insurance can only on the date of purchase device in Germany and Austria for private use, be purchased together with the insured technical equipment." but I erhalrte the solicitation 2 wiochen after purchasing my notebook. So what is the idiocy?

2) The notebook has 2 years warranty anyway, so what's an insurance policy that covers only what is already covered anyway?
Other (eg HP) you get an extension of up to 4 Jare, that's it worth thinking about, but this is utter rip off. But who wants to be expected from an insurance also different.
