Espresso "..." Crema Plus without the "Perfect"

The Beem D2000.619 Espresso Perfect Crema Plus is an espresso machine not entirely without blame or reproach.
First the positives: The espresso tastes very good and has a great crema. The milk froth is made quickly and is wonderfully airy.

BUT, this espresso machine has severe technical defects with regard to usability and processing.
Below I describe my experiences with the Espresso Beem "perfect" plus:

---- Materials and workmanship ----
The Beem makes outwardly a right patents impression. The housing consists mostly of plastic, but which very metallic anmutet. Only the front was covered with a stainless steel "sheet".
The screens, the heat plate and the drip tray are made of metal, the latter two are provided with a highly-sensitive coating that scratched quickly.
The water tank is very large and made of clear plastic. The capacity can be easily read on a scale, but why is this on the back of the tank? On the side, it would, for the purpose of good readability, been thoughtful.

On the whole, the machine but it looks very high quality and is a small eye-catcher.

Initially, the Beem had serving very well. The tank rises dramatically raise, water pure, ground espresso into the screen, use screen support, press a little buttons and off we went.
It was conjured a great espresso with a wonderful crema. Delicious!

Let's see how a latte macchiato works with frothed milk:
Sieve for cleaning out and oops, there is water on the Bohnenpellett. Can that be? Regardless cleaned sieve restocked and re-inserted into the machine. But it was now more difficult than the first time. Wurscht. Prepared coffee and frothed milk. Only annoying that the milk frother can not be put up on the drip tray. Now I wanted to replace the screen, and lo and behold, I could not get out of the holder. It stalled !!!! The tool that I was using, unfortunately scarred my beautiful mount and the screen was still not there. After exhausting Try it went but ultimately. The filters are not very well made. The measures provided for studs do not fit entirely into the pre-groove of the filter holder. The screens tilt slightly and then simply fixed terminals. The filter holder is only sluggish after repeated use in the machine. So it should not be.
The next day I put the machine to another place and discovered a huge puddle of water under the machine. After inspection of the collection container, I realized that he was brimming. After emptying came out of the machine still somewhere out water. The consequence is that I empty and take the water tank after each use the machine when not in use by the network.
Where does water come from, I'm still a mystery.

The Espresso is a stunner, with the nozzle can be produced a super milk foam. A latte macchiato tastes as it should be.
But why is the operation, which can be attributed to an inferior processing, so bad ?!
The machine looks great and deserved only the espresso taste 5 stars if it were not this blemish, the tear down the review.
The Crema Plus from Beem would be a true recommendation if BEEM would significantly rework.
