I totally devoured this book, I was myself of athletics in my youth, but mainly from the 100,200 and 400m speed. If I could have that information at the time (year 90) I certainly airai broke all my records. Today I use this technique to the bottom and I see already a difference not only in my FCM but my speed which increases progressively. I strongly recommend this book to all riders, beginners or elite, you will not regret it.
