my yoga teacher recommended me this book because I could not identify what yoga (between shots and the fact that according to the teachers each course is different) this book has answered almost all my questions and more yet, while playing it is carried by a wave of enthusiasm and positive attitude that arouses curiosity and gives so want to practice! this is my bible for now (but I am a beginner). With this book, when I test a new yoga class, I quickly realize I if what I'm looking or not! I recommend it to everyone but especially to those who want to explore yoga. rich book into meaningful information. excellent value for money.
