This book was recommended to me by a dietician as part of a cure in Thalassotherapy. I bought it and uses it for the past 4 months. The recipes are delicious and simple to make. Also, it is full of advice and information on products, very useful when trying to master the weight. The number of calories is indicated. The pictures and presentation of this book make it pleasant to use. I do not regret my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat healthy but not "sad".
