Excellent book for children and parents, as it is very well illustrated with nice drawings that the child understands easily, attractive colors, clear explanations yoga positions ... and relaxing and shared laughter times. Furthermore, this book is connected by spirals, so very easy to snap to the right page and the pages are of good quality.
My positive assessment is the same for books "My first book massage", "My first meditation book" acquired along it.
