Book explained very well with very good advice.
It deals with actual cases encountered in class or at home and offers simple solutions for children to learn properly in a suitable work environment.
Please read "Talk So Kids Will Listen and Listen So children speak" supplemental.
These two books help me a lot every day to manage my students in class and my daughter at home.
