Exceptional service

A very decent sound quality for the price. Very stable product with coating adhesion to the cabinet. Default: the cable connecting the two speakers is short and .... I have a block whose blue LED do not work !!!!!!!!!! So I expressed this point by comment, and was very pleasantly surprised by the response of the Customer Service of Accessory Genie ... Fast, courteous, I was offered the exchange with refund of the carriage (which I 'had to refuse because too complicated to organize) and, subsequently, a voucher! Frankly, I was disappointed with the LED not working, but Accessory Geny me clearly demonstrated their competence and confidence that we could have in them. A +!
