Due to a connection problem (between the subwoofer and the soundbar) I thought that the concern came from cable. I contacted customer service by email. The latter replied diligently and courteously strong in 24 hours - by offering me immediately send me another cable!
I can only welcome such professionalism, very rare (and valuable) today ...
I highly recommend this brand.
