Optics as described Ia, software and functionality deficient. Display worse than equipment already at 10 years at the market. My old HP computer Pavilion dv8000 has a much better image.
I have a Samsung All in One with Windows 8.1 and some of the programs that I have installed it, I wanted to install on the HP Envy. Then worked part of the Apps on Envy no longer that work great on Samsung. After I already possessed a variety of laptops, I wanted to not do the Odyssey troubleshooting. If you want to use the Envy as a tablet, keyboard and touchpad to turn off. Sorry, there was not.
I have returned the Envy.
