Product received very quickly and in adequate packaging (as always with Amazon)! However, I returned because this does not conform to my expectations. Product made for small animal (cat, small dog, rabbit ...) but for a French bulldog like mine, the product is too small. Conditions for reimbursement respected, so satisfied and disappointed not to have what I wanted
