Fantastic new album of the Pumpkins.
Monuments to An Elegy precipitated by the focusing of all the songs on the essentials. The songs and the whole album length are kept relatively short for Pumpkin ratios. But this in no way falls on negative, because the songs are so varied and versatile, despite the brevity that you want them to hear again and again. Particularly striking in the album are the excellent tunes are very catchy, without ever being too pop or chumming. Also to be found with Tiberius, One and all Drum and Fife + three of the best songs that Billy has released in his career.
Way to go, am looking forward the follow-up work Day for Night.
