Want me here not to lose big in technology description and comparison. Just In my practical experience. I have the objective right now put on me because once held a large equestrian event of the year with us. The goes over 2 days from morning to night. An extremely varied program and calls everything if you want to take good pictures. I had a passport and could therefore take photos in all areas of the arena, from every angle. This time in the sun and rain. The objective was demanded everything. Approximately 1500-2000 pictures I shot. Due to the high pace of the horses, only the auto focus tracking and the image stabilizer were fully in action. The image results are simply stunning, I have never known so. Faster and more precise focus, great sharpness. The program parts of the event were so different that I can not imagine that other events demand more of a lens. Whether from the front to me, parallel to me, away from me, or at an acute angle to me and everything with madness speed- just great pictures. The few blurry shots, I dare say, be my fault (human error ;-). Complementing: Taken with the Nikon D700. An absolutely great part fits, the prima lens as also very fast. Hint: The lens has 200mm focal length. I have a button on the line occupied by the stand of the FX format DX format. That is, a button and a small rotation on a dial and I take 200mm, 300mm focal length and very quickly. Sure to read out my enthusiasm, that's me. Actually, I'm quite leisurely and wisely to the photography, but who needs speed and do not want a bunch of conflicting reviews to heart, which I would highly recommend this part. For me, of course, 6 stars. Ups, are indeed only 5 minutes.
