In fact, this book is not aimed at a wide audience. Beginners who are interested in prehistory will find that there a few interesting pages. The amateurs and professionals will learn only little except that this vase was moved to another museum, the Greeks invented the Olympics, that a former director of the CNRS has just published a book. ..and many other things of the same ilk. So I did not like this book. But this is only my opinion. Others may perhaps enjoy. Who knows?
